Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
At The Glasgow Nanny, we understand that family life can be unpredictable, especially with little ones. We always aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible while also protecting the time reserved for each client appointment.
Appointments & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. We understand that circumstances can change quickly with babies and children, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking.
Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
Where a booking fee or deposit has been paid, this remains non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations made outside of the 48-hour notice period.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered at the sole discretion of The Glasgow Nanny.
Any decision regarding refunds will take into account the circumstances surrounding the booking, the notice provided, and any costs or time already incurred in preparation for the service.
Returns Policy
As The Glasgow Nanny provides services rather than physical goods, returns are not applicable.
Exceptional Circumstances
We appreciate that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise, particularly when caring for children. In exceptional circumstances, we may review cancellation charges or offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.
